Life Is A Highway

I had the joy of an early morning walk to work along the 101 highway and a surprising find!

This area is frequented by Bears, as there are blackberries and other assorted goodies growing along the highway. And lets be honest, the highway is an easy walk, and bears are lazy bums.

With a tight shoulder to walk on, I nearly stepped on this wonderful green/yellow Banana Slug stuffing its slug face with the glorious bear shit pile.

What a long overdue treat!
